Advancing B2C Finance Innovation

In a short contract role, I collaborated with the Head of User Experience and Design to shape and advance innovative finance ideas on the Gumtree Cars website. By transforming complex financial concepts into interactive digital experiences, I developed clickable prototypes and refined interface elements to help streamline the user experience. This approach resulted in an engaging solution, ensuring users had a real-time overview of financial estimates.

Communicating the ideas

After refining and validating the design, I presented the final product to internal stakeholders and external partners, including multiple third-party vendors. I clearly articulated the solution's strategic benefits and innovative aspects, demonstrating its potential to enhance the overall user experience on the Gumtree Cars platform.
